When we allow what is natural to emerge, what could be becomes astounding.
Within the conditions of identity, our perspective is limited to what the personality considers acceptable for the image it has created. When we go beyond our identity, we see what can be in a whole new way.
We begin to see what might happen before it actually does. We start to notice subtle cues leading up to events, becoming the “leader” who intuitively acts for the best interest of all.
Just like an inventor, we stop perceiving what is, and begin to see what could be. We look at situations and we don’t see one or two possible outcomes, we see more. We begin to understand how things will turn out depending on the choices we make. We start to see which pathways are lighting up, and which ones are detours.
When we are aligned, we naturally see reality the way it unfolds. We slow down our reactions, look at the bigger picture, realize we will never have all the information, and use our intuition to guide our intention.
Once we open ourselves up in this way, we start becoming coherent with new and exciting things. We experience reality as highly responsive and fluid. In this way, we experience more fluidity and therefore in essence, we operate more from flow- (a natural state in which the whole being is aligned and harmonious with each action, also known as “going with the flow” instead of trying to paddle upstream).
Olympic Athletes who visualize themselves as healthy and strong, as well as aligned with their entire being, begin to adapt to a biology that begins to support this. When you visualize from a state of perfect health and embodiment, things being to shift. Your cells reorganize to that information.
I have done this once myself, going from very overweight after my second child to deciding one day “I am an athlete” and believing it fully. I bought clothes, I found ways that were fun to move and I started to adapt to being okay with being sweaty. Within a few months, my real estate agent commented, “You look like you should be on the cover of a sports magazine” without knowing what I had been doing.
It was in that split second decision that my psychology changed to orient around being athletic. I felt it before it happened and I enjoyed the process, which is also very important.
What is it that you want to come into fruition? What would bring you more quality, more ease, or more of the experience you want? What atmosphere does that create when you visualize yourself in this way?
I can’t want to see what will be, and how you will continue becoming.
