The heart is our electromagnetic sun. When fully opened in the back, it makes you the gravity in any room. The Heart is Shen energy: the spiritual radiance that cannot be rejected because it recognizes itself in all things. Here, it becomes an invitation and an unavoidable presence.

Imagine the back of your heart opening as you release anything that holds you back. Imagine flowers growing through the back of your heart as the sun shines on the back of your heart and on the flowers. Each petal is a year of unlearning. Each stem is a root of trust. The sun is the universal energy that shines through all humans. Feel the sun warming the soil of your own heart, melting the scar tissue. Feel the gravity of your own heart and your own relaxation. As you become love, you become all.

Breathe not only with your lungs, but also with your heart. As you feel the expanse behind the heart, know that this is the location of the secret garden where the Daoist masters placed the backdoor to the Tao itself.

Feel how the heart watches without grasping. Imagine your heart is your center, so that you move from the heart. The eyes and head are the periscope of you in your heart, slightly underneath the water, looking from below. The eyes are the tools for the heart. The body is connected through the heart. Feel how it never moves faster than its own pulse. Feel the deep trust that resides here.

Go deeper: to the center of your creative power, where the heart interacts with the brain to remind you of what you have always known. Let the chair hold you. Let the floor hold the chair. Let the Earth hold the floor.

Truth is not something you do, it is something you are. The flowers grow behind your heart. You are becoming transparent to the light ❤
