Walk on a Map you Design

When we take a closer look at our blueprint, we may not be able to see what is there authentically for us. However, if we take a look at any looping stories, those are not ours. They belong to something that happened that we made a story around. I imagine untying knots when a story arises to see what is clear underneath.

Our vision becomes clear when we look through our own heart in all of our wholeness and dignity. We become clear when we stop trying to fix life, and listen to what it has to say instead. Life is the way the mind experiences the world. Why not add some ideas to soften the mind to see what the true experience is underneath?

One practice I use often is: reduce intensity. This means release all of the gripping in the mind and body, and start to imagine yourself spreading out and widening. Staying grounded but becoming light. Trusting our heart and intuition deeply.

Also important is the beginning of asking questions that may have no answers. To challenge our idea that we need things to be in a neat, tidy package or to have a certain kind of closure. To release control on the way things happen, on the timing, on the process, and just step back and do what’s needed is a true art.

As your unconscious begins to become conscious and as your map becomes clear, you may experience a vague feeling- that in every moment, things that used to be funny or interesting now challenge your heart. You feel what is in sync and what is not. Expanding into our true selves, map at hand, means living in sync with reality.

What does your map say without story or pre-text? Who is the amazing being that is creatively growing into beautiful expression? Follow your inner map, your inner compass, and all of the wisdom of your beautiful heart
